A Work Wellness Check-In to Support Your Capacity

So often we push through work without stopping to ask how we’re actually doing. This Work Wellness Check-In is a short, practical tool designed to help you pause, assess your capacity, and make more informed choices about your day.

The check-in walks you through grounding, a quick physical and cognitive scan, and an emotional safety reflection. Rather than forcing productivity, it centers awareness—helping you notice fatigue, pain, overwhelm, or other signals before they escalate. The goal isn’t to judge yourself, but to decide what kind of work (if any) is realistic right now: normal tasks, modified work, rest, or reassessment later.

This tool can be especially helpful if you’re managing chronic illness, neurodivergence, burnout, or fluctuating energy levels—but it’s useful for anyone who wants a more sustainable relationship with work.
